- We usually ship via UPS. We also use FedEx and trucks as needed. We ship from our warehouses in Knoxville, TN and Fresno, CA. We also drop ship directly from the manufacturer in a few cases. Shipping charges are based on weight and distance; small parcels have a flat rate charge. Hazardous Material shipments may be subject to a surcharge. We offer free ground freight for the lower 48 states for orders above $500. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments usually ship via air. We will call with freight costs prior to shipment.
