Many fabricators have requested a super fast cutting wheel to help speed up production. Test results of the Viper® Fragment Profile Wheels show about 50% increased cutting speed with only a 20% decreased life compared to continuous metal band sintered profile cutters. A special manufacturing process allows Braxton-Bragg to offer these high quality, aggressive cutting profile wheels for 50% less than sintered wheels – without compromising quality.
