Returns & Exchanges
Before returning any product, please contact Customer Service at 800-575-4401. We will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Your call will help determine the quickest resolution for the return. Full credit will be given for new product in original packaging.
- If the returned product is defective, Braxton Bragg will pay shipping charges. If the product is not defective we ask the customer to pay return freight.
- We will normally replace defective goods within 5 days of recieving the defective return.
- We cannot accept returns for non-stock, special orders unless the product is defective. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials.
